Designing a store is about capturing the true spirit of a brand.
In this case, it means going beyond trends to create a design that is timeless, elegant and professional.
Tumi, established in 1975, is a premium brand known for its high-quality luggage, bags and travel accessories.
The aim of the store redesign was to elevate brand image and awareness, shaping the store to reflect the brand's philosophy and encouraging deeper engagement through technology and active customer involvement.
Schematic division
The store features two levels:

Level 0 includes the display area, the checkout zone and a wall dedicated to brand storytelling.
- Level -1 houses the repair service and the customization area.

Tumi is known for its timeless design that transcends trends, exuding elegance and professionalism.
The design goal is to provide a streamlined and gender-neutral experience through a style that embodies the brand’s philosophy.
Level 0
The cash register area has been enhanced with a corten steel finish featuring a custom pattern that mirrors the iconic design of Tumi luggage. This aims to strengthen the store's visual identity.
Level -1
Some areas are designed to provide an engaging experience for customers, allowing them to watch the repair process of their product and actively participate in its customization through a touch screen.
